Troy Robert


Troy is one of the founding therapists of Quantum Health Professionals, Inc. He is active with creating the company vision.

Troy has been an executive in the healthcare staffing and service industries since 1993. He developed the Quantum model of service through time and with input from colleagues, business partners, employees, customers, and his administrative team. He recognizes that Quantum’s greatest assets are its employees, and he keeps this at the core of his mission as the company’s president.

Troy graduated from Kansas University Medical Center in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and has served as a chapter officer. He has served as a college instructor and continues to speak as a guest lecturer on multiple campuses.

Kim Bio

Kim Scott-Robert


Kim Scott-Robert joined Quantum Health Professionals as Vice President of Business Development in August 2009. In August 2017 she accepted the role of President. In this role, she oversees the strategic vision, customer satisfaction, sales generation, product development, compliance, and operations management.

Kim has more than 20 years of working in the healthcare industry, For the past 15 years, she has held management positions with leading therapy management companies encompassing operations, clinical, and business development across multiple states. She has an extensive background in Long Term Care, with a focus on revenue generation, clinical programming, and clinical management.

Kim holds a Master of Occupational Therapy from Rockhurst University and a Master of Business Administration from Rockhurst University. She is also an active member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and the National Association of Rehabilitation Agencies and Providers.

Stacey Woodyard

Vice President of Operations and Human Resources

Stacey Woodyard joined Quantum Health Professionals as Vice President of Operations in May 2015. In this role, she is responsible for developing company infrastructure, maintaining employee and customer relations, and overseeing operational activities, including scheduling, payroll, accounts management, and human resource functions.

Stacey has more than 15 years of managing operational and human resource functions. Previously, she had worked for a large mechanical contractor and was responsible for managing human resources, payroll, risk management, marketing and ensuring maximum efficiencies within the organization.

Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and a Master of Business Administration from Northwest Missouri State University. She also is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

John Davis

John Davis

Carolinas Area Director

John Davis joined Quantum Health Professionals in October 2012 as Carolinas Area Director. In this role, he serves the North Carolina and South Carolina areas in marketing, recruiting, and sales generation, as well as providing customer service and support for employees and partnering companies.

John has worked in the healthcare industry for 20 years in a variety of settings, including five years working for a therapy staffing company. He has over ten years experience serving as manager or director of therapy services for leading therapy providers. John has always been passionate about finding a balance between quality patient care, customer satisfaction, and employee gratification.

John graduated from Penn Valley Community College with an Associates in Physical Therapy in 1992.

Nancy Falkner

Nancy Falkner

National Director of Travel & Recruiting

Nancy is the National Director of Travel and Recruiting. Prior to serving in this position, she worked for Quantum Health Professionals as a Physical Therapist for more than six years. As National Director of Travel and Recruiting, Nancy is responsible for marketing to new and existing customers, recruiting of potential Quantum team members, maintaining customer and employee relations, and providing therapy services. She continues to work in the clinic as a Physical Therapist and also serves as a mentor for the organization.

Nancy has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has worked in a variety of settings, including: neurological rehabilitation, pediatrics, acute care, schools, home health, long-term care, skilled nursing, acute rehab, chronic pain, and outpatient orthopedic. Nancy is also experienced in orthopedic manual therapy. She has been director of an outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation clinic, as well as Senior Physical Therapist for an inpatient chronic pain unit. Nancy has developed various programs for the prevention of spinal cord injuries, as well as wheelchair seating clinics. She has conducted various teaching seminars, including topics such as neuro-developmental treatment, motor learning and motor control, and chronic pain. She has worked as a Physical Therapist throughout the country, as well as abroad while being the team Physical Therapist for a Kung Fu team in China.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas. She also holds a Master of Arts in Movement Science and Motor Learning from The Teachers College at Columbia University in New York, NY.

Amy Swertel

St. Louis Area Director

Amy Swertel joined Quantum Health Professionals in November 2014 and became the St. Louis Area Director in May 2015. In taking on this new role, she is responsible for marketing, recruiting, interviewing, and business development in the St. Louis region. She takes pride in focusing on quality care, accountability, and therapist/customer satisfaction, while continuing to grow the St. Louis market.

Amy began her physical therapy career as a traveling contract therapist and traveled the country working in various settings. Amy soon found that her passion was not in one particular setting, but enjoyed helping in any assignment she was placed. Amy moved back to the St. Louis area in 2013 to be closer to family and found Quantum to be the perfect fit to continue her love of variety.

Amy graduated from Maryville University with her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 2008.

Justin Scheer

Justin Scheer

Kansas City Area Manager

Justin Scheer joined Quantum Health Professionals in February 2016 as an Occupational Therapist. He was promoted to Area Manager for the Kansas City Market in January 2017. In his role, he is responsible for interviewing, marketing, and recruiting in the Kansas City Region.

Justin began his Occupational Therapy career in acute burns/neuro and outpatient settings and soon ventured into skilled and rehab settings. Justin enjoys the variety of settings that he gets to work in with Quantum and the opportunity to provide excellent client-centered care while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Justin graduated from the University of Kansas Medical Center with his Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2013.

Chuck Marquis

Chuck Marquis

Scheduling Coordinator

Chuck Marquis joined Quantum Health Professionals as Scheduling Coordinator in June 2015. In this role, he is responsible for scheduling Occupational, Physical, and Speech therapists in all Quantum markets, currently consisting of Kansas City, Omaha, St. Louis, Charlotte, and Wichita. He is also responsible for communicating with Quantum clients, and he strives to meet their requests on a monthly and daily basis. In doing so, he considers our therapists’ clinical experiences, and matches their availability with customers’ needs in a variety of settings, including: home health, outpatient, acute, long term care, and pediatrics.

Chuck has over 30 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, and operations management. Through these experiences, he has developed a strong work ethic, organizational skills, quick problem solving, and exceptional customer service.

Lacey Collier

Administrative Assistant

Lacey Collier joined the Quantum Team as the Administrative Assistant in June 2017. In this role, she is responsible for daily administrative duties, new hire credentialing, assisting employees with necessary credentialing throughout the year, and supporting the management and recruiting team.

Lacey has several year of office management experience. She most recently worked as a claims processor with Allstate Insurance.

Lacey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management & Human Relations from Mid-America Nazarene University.
